    1. It would depend on the amount of the personal injury judgment if you would have to pay anything. Work with your welfare program, and report your income. If you have to pay back monies, then you will not have to worry about being arrested for welfare fraud.
    2. $20,000 to $30,000 worth of back child support would be a felony in my state. Check with your police or prosecuting attorney. If he is arrested, the court would give him a certain amount of time to purge himself of the contempt of the Family Court Order. If he does not, then he could go to jail / prison. Once he is released, then he would have restitution to pay (you guessed it) the amount of the child support in arrears. You will also have to report your extra income to child support enforcement. (don’t forget about that)
