Our story

From preserving documents to managing information.

Arşivist & Dizayn built on experience that began in 1999 under Kırmızı Reklam with archive and digital archive work, continuing under its own brand through Arşiv Dizayn Ltd. Şti., founded in 2005; in 2006 the merger of Arşivist and Arşiv Dizayn created today’s Arşivist & Dizayn identity.

Across more than 200 organisations and 400 projects, we have addressed physical organisation, digitisation, software and restoration needs together. In 2023 we converted to Arşivist Dizayn Bilişim Sistemleri Anonim Şirketi and opened a new office in Baku, Azerbaijan. Today our focus is not merely storing documents but enabling secure, fast and sustainable access to the right information — and doing so with a 100% customer satisfaction philosophy.
