Cumhurbaşkanlığı Millet Kütüphanesi
We built the end-to-end cataloguing, digitisation and RFID infrastructure for one of Turkey’s largest library projects.
Construction of the National Library began in 2016; Arşivist & Dizayn started work on the project in 2018 at the Ankara Music and Fine Arts University library building. We carried out cataloguing of books and periodicals to RDA standards with LC and Dewey classification codes, along with digitisation, rebinding and RFID tagging. Alongside special collections such as those of Kamil Dürüst, Muhsin Mete, Ahmet Burak Erdoğan, Hüseyin Öztürk, Mustafa Sabah and Mahmut Esad Coşan, we digitised the collections of Cemil Meriç, Abdülbaki Gölpınarlı, Şefik Can, rare works and Enderun books.

Osmanlı Arşivleri Daire Başkanlığı
25 million historical documents classified, given basic repair and digitised.
Between 2014 and 2018, with an average of 60–70 staff and 30 book scanners, we completed the classification, basic repair and digitisation of a total of 25,000,000 historical documents. In 2019–2020 we provided scanner rental, software support and staff-hire services. Since 2014 we have continuously supplied restoration and conservation materials.

From a cluttered depot to an integrated system.
5 million pages of documents and 450,000 metres of project files digitised.
At Isparta Municipality we digitised 5,000,000 pages of documents and 450,000 metres of project files. We set up a Document Archive Management System with netcad and saysis integrations, and built a custom expert module with saysis integration.

65 million pages of corporate archive, in one system.
A document inventory was compiled for every department, the physical archive was organised and digitised.
At İZSU we physically organised, barcoded and digitised 65,000,000 pages of documents, and also scanned and digitised 250,000 metres of project files. We compiled document inventories for every department and brought each one online with authorised access on the Document Archive Management System.

300,000 images of rare works digitised and 65,000 periodicals catalogued. Completed in 2023.

650,000 pages of rare works digitised and 5,639 rare works catalogued. Completed in 2023.

All student files, past and present, digitised. Completed in 2023.
- 04Türkmenistan Milli Arşiv Binası Projesi
Document Archive Management System installed; equipment set up for the scanning, restoration-conservation and archive units, required consumables supplied, and consulting provided on the archive building’s operations. Completed in 2023.
